Beneficiaries

Our beneficiaries provide over half of the 1,500 volunteers to assist with the production of the Race. Quite simply, we couldn't do it without them. Please show your appreciation of their efforts by making a donation when you register. Donations collected from our registrants go directly to these organizations and are tax deductible.

Working in the Bay Area for over a century, Breathe California is dedicated to fighting lung disease in all its forms and promoting cleaner air for a healthier future. As one of the first local public health organizations, we have addressed the most critical lung health threats of our time. Through prevention, education, patient support, research and advocacy, we seek to help all Bay Area residents breathe easier.
